Photo radar in phoenix Arizona?
I'm not sure where you can find information, but the city of Scottsdale has many intersections under video surveillance and cameras posted around the city as well. The 101 loop has cameras in the Scottsdale portion of the freeway. I'm not sure of other municipalities in the Phoenix metro area that use the camera radar, but they are always posted as you approach....

There are 1000 m in a km, and 100 cm in a m. So...there are 100000 cm in a km, or every km = 100000 cm. there are 1000mm in a m, or every m is 1000mm, so multiply by 1000. If the unit gets smaller, the number should get larger, and vice versa....
Large photos?
Like regular film, you will see some degrading and flaws in the photo when you enlarge from digital. In fact, sometimes, it is worse because of the nature of digital (pixilating, blocky edges, separation of graduated lights or colours). Fuji's E900's 9 megapixels should give you a very good 11X14 and probably larger, if I recall correctly. The highest we sold in the stores in the time I worked in retail camera was 5 megapixel and they were recommended for 11x14 and higher, so 9 should be excelle...
can somebody tell me what "via interpollated" means in digital cameras please?
It means that the information from the sensor it artificially enhanced to give files that are the size of those made from much larger sensors, but without the resolution. Look for cameras whose "effective pixel count" is nearly the same as cameras "sensor photo detectors" (within less than 1 to 3% difference)...
