Well North America will be using ATSC (formerly analog ntsc) and Europe and most other places will be using DVB (fomerly analog pal).
Why did china copy the US digital uniform and helmet?
They probably make them for us anyway, so why not? Don't trust that made in the USA label. When the Army switched to berets they were made in China til Congress raised a stink.
